This course will help participants influence the behavior of others, and work with them to achieve common goals. Participants will learn when and how to compromise or collaborate, and will learn a variety of methods of working through a negotiation.

This course will help participants solve problems and approach complex situations with clarity. Participants will learn to resolve differences by using the efficient strategy of working from interests and need rather than from proposed solutions.
