This course will help participants speak with confidence and competence in a variety of professional settings, including briefings, meetings, and formal presentations. Participants identify the critical elements of effective presentations, and practice applying them to their situations. This course is appropriate for inexperienced and experienced presenters alike. Videotaping may be used, as desired.

This course will help experienced speakers deliver more dynamic and engaging presentations as they learn delivery techniques that get results. Participants will sharpen their individual styles, and learn to adapt them to a variety of situations.

This course will help participants manage and guide a group interaction Participants will learn to help the group identify issues to be addressed, and guide them to resolution through productive discussions.

This course will help participants create and deliver webinar training programs that are informative, dynamic, and interactive. Participants will learn to adapt their subject matter to the webinar learning format, and to compose and deliver strong presentations.
